Flat Roof Style Options

Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO)

TPO provides excellent resistance to fire, UV, airborne bacteria, and industrial pollutants such as air-conditioning coolants. It keeps moisture out, yet its very lightweight, making it ideal for new construction and retrofit installations without adding excessive weight to the roof deck. TPO can handle the desert sun, sand, arctic freezes and torrential downpours, making it the best choice for a lifetime flat roof.

Modified Bitumen (ModBit)

Modified Bitumen products are time-proven systems that have been around for decades due to their reliable performance. A variety of installation options are available including hot mop, torch/heat weld, cold applied, and self-adhered to fit many different types of roofing challenges. Multi-ply construction gives peace of mind that the roof is durable and will stand the test of time.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM)

EPDM is ideal for long-term watertight integrity. It’s lightweight, ideal for new construction and retrofit systems without adding excessive weight to the roof deck. The membrane remains flexible in hot and cold temperatures so it will not split or crack. It provides excellent resistance to ozone and UV and can handle the coldest winters or the desert heat.

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

PVC roofs use a heat-welding process that fuses the membrane seams to form a permanent, watertight seal. Superior seam strength provides greater wind uplift resistance. It stands up to repeated exposure to severe climates, high winds, and building movement. The membrane remains flexible in hot and cold temperatures so it will not split or crack.
